Mark Horne K.C. has practised in Victoria since 1979, principally in the Wills, Estates, Trusts and Charities area within the firm and is the senior member of the firm's Inheritance and Incapacity Planning Group comprised of six solicitors and six paralegals.
Heather has been practicing law since 2002 and became a partner with Horne Coupar LLP in January 2007. She practices primarily in the areas of estate and trust litigation, elder law including contested committeeship applications, estate and incapacity planning, and estate and trust administration.
John has been practicing law with Horne Coupar LLP since 1983, principally in the areas of wills and estate planning, incapacity planning, probate, estate administration, and related fields.
Born and raised in Victoria, Emma completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in history and political science from the University of Toronto.
Paula’s practice focuses on business and personal succession planning to ensure that assets are protected during a client’s lifetime and transferred to the next generation in a tax-efficient, orderly manner.
