Bianca received her BA from Simon Fraser University in 2012, and received her JD from the University of Victoria in 2015. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016. Her practice is focused primarily on family law, as well as civil litigation.

Prior to joining Horne Coupar, Bianca articled and practiced in general civil litigation, family law and criminal defence both in northern British Columbia and Victoria. She has also worked as ad-hoc Crown Counsel and Junior Counsel on a murder trail in 2022.

Bianca provides advice on all family law matters and has experience resolving issues pertaining to property division, parenting time and access, child and spousal support, mobility, enforcement of orders and agreements, adoption, divorce and the preparation of cohabitation, prenuptial and separation agreements. While many of her files are resolved outside of court, she has conducted numerous trials in the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts for family, civil and criminal matters.

Born and raised in northern British Columbia, Bianca studied theatre in New York City and lived there for several years. Bianca began her law career in Prince Rupert and returns to Victoria with extensive trial experience.

Bianca is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. She sits on the executive of the Victoria Bar Association and the Oak Bay Figure Skating Club.
